I can’t believe that once again another season is drawing to a close. Is it really the middle of September already? Well, before Buck’s T-4′s dining rooms close for the season we’re offering you another one of our popular personal wine dinners. 3 courses and 3 wines for $39.00, or skip the wine for $32.00. Of course, we’re still offering out normal menu as well.
I really enjoyed this wine dinner because the dishes were simple, the ingredients were allowed to speak for themselves and there was a focus on seasonality. Wine director Dave O’Connor, provided an excellent pairing, and he might even make a Pinot fan out of me yet, that’s if he keeps throwing good ones like the Writer’s Block Pinot Noir my way.
Here is the full menu. Reservations are highly recommended and look forward to seeing you soon.
